What you’ll do:
- Collaborate closely with the Systems Specialist to handle reporting, expense tracking, credit card reconciliations, and project creation.
- Assist project managers throughout different project phases with tasks such as ordering supplies, verifying invoices, billing, and preparing closeout packages.
- Guide subcontractors and vendors through the onboarding process for Procore Pay.
- Manage and troubleshoot issues in the company’s ERP system to ensure seamless operations.
What you must have:
- Previous experience in administrative or support roles within architecture, engineering, or construction firms.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with project management software such as Procore and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with billing processes and construction documentation.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- An advanced level of English.
