This role requires strong client-facing skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead pre-construction phases, including technical services, site visits, and coordination with architects and subconsultants. If you’re determined, organized, and eager to grow within the industry, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Review and interpret architectural drawings and specifications.
- Perform material takeoffs using Bluebeam and internal estimation tools.
- Input data into Falkbuilt’s quoting portal and internal costing sheets.
- Build clear, client-facing proposals in collaboration with the leadership team.
- Support shop drawing or drafting tasks when needed (Revit knowledge is a big plus!).
- Help refine pricing strategies and ensure proposal accuracy.
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture.
- A solid understanding of construction workflows.
- Experience in commercial interiors (healthcare experience is a plus).
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and comfort with estimation tools or spreadsheets.
- An advanced English level.
- Knowledge of door hardware or Falkbuilt systems is a plus.
- Revit experience is highly desirable.
