We’re on the lookout for a creative and driven Assistant Architectural Designer to join one of our amazing US-based clients and contribute to the planning, design, and development of exciting projects across the country. What you’ll do:
- Assist in developing architectural designs, conceptual sketches, and design presentations under the guidance of senior architects.
- Contribute to the creation of schematic drawings, renderings, and 3D models using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools.
- Conduct site analysis, research zoning regulations, and understand project requirements.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details according to industry standards.
- Support the integration of engineering systems and building technologies into architectural designs
- Assist in preparing project proposals, presentations, and design documents for client meetings and reviews.
- Communicate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients to meet project goals and timelines.
- Stay current with design trends, software updates, and architectural best practices.
What you must have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural design or drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
- A solid foundation in architectural design principles, building systems, and documentation.
- Excellent visualization, communication, and organizational skills.
- The ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams and take initiative.
- A strong sense of curiosity and a desire to grow professionally.
- An advanced English level.
