We are looking for a talented Semi Senior Landscape Drafter to collaborate remotely with our client, a high-end landscape architectural firm that works closely with world-class designers and highly demanding clients. What you’ll do:
- Convert hand-drawn sketches into detailed, accurate AutoCAD drawings.
- Revise and update AutoCAD drawings based on feedback from project managers.
- Collaborate with the design team to understand project requirements, design direction, and intent
- Ensure all AutoCAD files are correctly formatted and meet project standards.
- Communicate effectively with the team to clarify design intent and resolve any drafting or technical issues.
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines for various projects.
What you must have:
- 5+ years of professional experience in landscape design and AutoCAD drafting.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD 2020 or newer.
- Ability to understand and interpret design direction and intent.
- Strong independent problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail, being detail-oriented is a must.
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience in landscape architecture, landscape design drafting, or a related field.
- Proven ability to work independently and take initiative, while also demonstrating interest and adaptability to align with the client’s specific processes and preferences.
- A proactive mindset, someone who asks the right questions and takes ownership of their work.
- Experience in high-end projects is a strong plus.
