BIM Specialist Civil 3D (Full Time, Florida)

Are you a skilled modeler with solid experience in Rhino, AutoCAD, and Civil 3D? We’re looking for a BIM Specialist Civil 3D to join one of our clients based in Florida. This is a full-time remote position, and you must be available to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST). Apply now!
This role requires strong client-facing skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead pre-construction phases, including technical services, site visits, and coordination with architects and subconsultants. If you’re determined, organized, and eager to grow within the industry, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Develop precise and detailed 3D models using Rhino.
- Produce and edit technical drawings and plans in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Collaborate with design and architecture teams to support ongoing project needs.
- Translate conceptual designs into accurate models and construction-ready documents.
- Ensure models and drawings align with project standards and design intent.
- Support coordination and integration of modeling tasks with other disciplines.
What you must have:
- 3+ years of experience as a modeler or designer using Civil 3D.
- Strong understanding of 3D modeling workflows and drafting standards.
- Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality models on tight deadlines.
- Solid communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Advanced English level.
A great plus:
- Experience in Landscape projectsÂ
- Experience working with COGO points, parcels, GIS, topography, and InfraWorks.
