Are you a creative problem solver who can take a design from concept to execution while leading a team and juggling multiple projects? We’re looking for a Hospitality Interior Designer to join one of our US-based clients. This is a full-time, remote position, and you should be available to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST). What you’ll do:
- Lead the design process from concept to completion with minimal oversight from senior leadership.
- Interpret design direction and translate ideas into well-executed solutions.
- Create space plans, models, drawings, material boards, and mood boards.
- Deliver high-quality 3D design work using SketchUp and Enscape.
- Coordinate and review work with external consultants on renderings, models, and prototypes
- Present design proposals internally and to clients, supporting live problem-solving discussions.
- Oversee the production of construction documentation, specifications, and material selections.
- Align all work with the studio’s design process and documentation standards.
What you must have:
- Degree from an accredited design or architecture program.
- 3+ years of professional experience in hospitality design.
- High proficiency in SketchUp, Enscape, AutoCAD, InDesign, Photoshop, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to lead internal coordination and manage a team of designers.
- Strong eye for spatial planning, materiality, and design functionality.
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation skills.
- Experience reviewing and refining design documentation and consultant deliverables
- Advanced English level.
