Are you a fast and detail-oriented 3D Artist with experience in commercial architecture? Can you turn concepts into high-quality renderings with ease? One of our top US-based clients is looking for a talented and agile 3D Artist to support their team on a Part-Time basis. This remote position requires availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. Apply now!

What you’ll do:
- Transform sketches, PDFs, and references into compelling client-ready visualizations.
- Model and render commercial spaces with speed and precision.
- Work closely with architects and designers to develop high-quality perspectives.
What you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Solid experience in 3D modeling and rendering, especially in commercial projects.
- Proficiency in SketchUp.
- Familiarity with rendering tools such as Enscape, Lumion, or similar.
- An advanced level of English.
