We are looking for a QA/QC Architect to join a fast-growing team with one of our clients in Canada. This role requires strong client-facing skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead pre-construction phases, including technical services, site visits, and coordination with architects and subconsultants. If you’re determined, organized, and eager to grow within the industry, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Lead QA/QC processes: mark up architectural drawings, identify design and documentation errors, and propose improvements.
- Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure technical consistency and buildability.
- Review details, code compliance, and coordination across disciplines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and consultants, offering senior-level architectural insight.
- Contribute to refining internal quality processes and documentation standards.
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- 10 + years of experience as a Construction Architect with a strong QA/QC focus.
- Expertise in reviewing architectural sets, construction details, and technical documentation.
- Solid understanding of U.S. construction standards and processes.
- Experience coordinating with consultants and managing project revisions.
- Proficiency in BIM software (Revit preferred).
- Advanced English level (spoken and written).
