We’re looking for a Semi Senior Architect to collaborate part-time with one of our Colorado-based clients. This opportunity is perfect for someone detail-oriented and proactive! What you’ll do:
- Develop accurate and clean Revit models for residential (wood frame) and commercial projects.
- Produce technical documentation and detailed drawings using AutoCAD.
- Create high-end renderings (Lumion or similar) for client presentations and marketing purposes.
- Work independently while staying in close communication with the client to clarify doubts or suggest improvements.
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Strong Revit skills, with excellent model hygiene and attention to detail.
- Experience in residential (wood frame) and commercial design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD drafting and rendering software (Lumion or other high-quality tools)
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative having a proactive mindset.
- Advanced English level
