Do you bring versatility and precision to both residential and commercial projects? We’re looking for a talented architect to join one of our clients based in Austin, Texas. If you’ve got strong experience developing spec homes and commercial buildings. This is a Part-Time opportunity that requires availability to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST), Apply Now!

What you’ll do:
- Collaborate throughout the design process, with a strong focus on Construction Documents (CD).
- Produce precise, high-quality construction sets in Revit.
- Contribute to both residential (especially spec homes) and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate documentation and delivery.
- Apply knowledge of Texas codes and standards to meet local compliance.
What you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural design and documentation.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit (this is a must).
- Experience with both commercial and single-family residential projects.
- Familiarity with Texas regulations or prior experience with Austin-based projects is highly valued.
- Advanced English skills.
