Are you a creative and versatile 3D artist with a passion for photorealistic rendering? Do you have experience with CAD files, SketchUp models, VectorWorks exports, and a strong eye for visual storytelling? We’re looking for a talented 3D Modeler to collaborate part-time with one of our California-based clients. This Part Time opportunity requires availability to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST). What you’ll do:
- Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders based on different input sources (.dwg files, SketchUp models, PDFs, or VectorWorks exports).
- Accurately represent selected landscape elements and vegetation in each project.
- Contribute to building a more competitive and visually aligned aesthetic according to current presentation standards.
What you must have:
- Experience as a 3D visualizer, especially in photorealistic rendering.
- Strong understanding of landscape and architectural visualization.
- Proficiency in rendering software and tools (SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar).
- A keen sense of design and how to communicate it through visuals.
- Advanced English level.
A great plus:
- The tending/updating of the website would be a bonus.
