We’re looking for a Semi Senior Architect to collaborate with one of our US-based clients on a variety of commercial remodels. For this Flex position, you should be available during Eastern Standard Time (EST). Apply now!

What you’ll do:
- Design commercial remodels and space divisions for tenant improvements.
- Prepare all the necessary architectural documentation for permit submissions.
- Occasionally support small landscape design tasks, when needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant US codes and client expectations.
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Solid experience working on remodeling and interior fit-out projects.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Familiarity with North American standards and life safety codes.
- Advanced English level (written and spoken).
A great plus:
- Experience or interest in landscape design.
- Familiarity with Scan-to-BIM workflows.
- Previous experience working with US-based clients.
