We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Semi-Senior Architect to join one of our awesome US-based clients based in Texas. The ideal candidate will support the design and documentation process for a range of residential and/or commercial projects. What you’ll do:
- Produce detailed architectural drawings, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Translate conceptual and schematic designs into accurate and buildable drawing sets.
Collaborate with design teams, consultants, and engineers to ensure cohesive and coordinated documentation. - Develop and maintain BIM models using Archicad, ensuring all changes and updates are accurately reflected.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and project requirements.
- Assist in preparing documentation for permits, construction, and tendering.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of drafting standards and workflows.
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
3–5 years of professional experience in architectural drafting, preferably in residential and/or commercial sectors. - Proficiency in Archicad is essential; experience with BIM workflows is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and detailing.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication and team collaboration skills.
- An advanced English level.
