Are you a SketchUp wizard? Do you have an eye for design and love diving into both residential and commercial projects? We’re looking for a Semi Senior Architect to join one of our amazing US-based clients. This position involves supporting residential remodels, additions, and new builds,taking design development plans and transforming them into detailed construction and permit documents. For this Part Time position, you need to be available to work during Central Time. Apply now!

What you’ll do:
- Build 3D models of projects in SketchUp to bring concepts to life.
- Create construction and permit documents based on design development plans for residential remodels, additions, and new constructions.
- Provide fresh design input during early phases
- Work in AutoCAD and Revit for both residential and commercial projects (depending on the project type).
- Collaborate on interior design studies and generate 3D visuals (using any software you’re comfortable with).
- Conduct building code and zoning research to ensure designs are compliant.
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- 3 + years of professional experience in both commercial and residential architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; Revit experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of design development, construction documentation, and permit processes.
- Solid grasp of building codes, zoning regulations, and technical detailing.
- A sharp eye for design and the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Great communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
- An advanced level of English.
