We’re looking for a Semi Senior Designer to collaborate with one of our top U.S.-based clients. This is a Flex, remote opportunity, you should be available to work during Pacific Standard Time (PST) Apply now!
This role requires strong client-facing skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead pre-construction phases, including technical services, site visits, and coordination with architects and subconsultants. If you’re determined, organized, and eager to grow within the industry, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Support the design of a 3-story, 1000 sq ft luxury retail space, contributing to concept development and execution.
- Create high-quality renders and visualizations that reflect a refined, contemporary design language.
- Assist in the development of layout proposals, finishes, lighting concepts, and spatial planning aligned with luxury retail standards.
- Participate in client reviews and incorporate feedback effectively into design iterations.
- Collaborate with the team to deliver compelling presentations and design packages using tools like SketchUp, Rhino, or similar.
- Work with Revit (preferred but not mandatory) for documentation and model development.
What you must have:
- 3+ years of experience in architecture, interior design, or related fields.
- A strong portfolio that showcases contemporary commercial or retail spaces, preferably high-end.
- Proficiency in rendering software (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape, or similar).
- Experience with CAD tools and ideally some familiarity with Revit.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of spatial design.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating remotely with teams and clients.
