Are you a detail-obsessed designer who thrives on transforming concepts into fully realized, functional spaces? Do you love the challenge of custom interiors and the coordination it takes to bring a design to life? We’re looking for an experienced Interior Designer to join one of our US clients: a collaborative, fast-paced studio with exciting hospitality projects. For this is a full-time, remote role you should be available to work on Eastern Standard Time (EST). Apply today!

What you’ll do:
- Coordinate and deliver design documentation from Schematic Design through Construction Administration.
- Develop project deliverables according to schedule and design team direction.
- Ensure the design fully addresses spatial function, materiality, and performance.
- Maintain the original design intent across all phases and outputs.
- Draft and revise CAD drawings, including custom furniture and fixture details.
- Collaborate with vendors and consultants to align external drawings with project requirements.
- Apply redlines using Bluebeam and communicate updates clearly.
- Verify that all documentation complies with spatial, programmatic, and code requirements.
- Resolve design/documentation conflicts while preserving intent.
- Review submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs during construction administration.
What you must have:
- Degree from an accredited interior design or architecture program.
- 3 + years of professional experience in an interior design or architectural studio.
- Strong background in hospitality design.
- High proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, SpecSource, InDesign, Photoshop, and SketchUp.
- Ability to lead project coordination and manage complete drawing sets.
- Experience reviewing and producing detailed custom furniture and fixture drawings.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset and ability to work independently when needed.
- Advanced English level.
