What you’ll do:
- Develop layouts, floor plans, elevations, and detailed construction drawings using CAD.
- Model and render custom interior elements including cabinetry, shelving, doors, windows, trims, and moldings in both wood and metal.
- Create 3D models and visualizations aligned with the client’s aesthetic.
- Draft and revise detailed designs, ensuring functionality and constructability.
- Produce and revise documentation with a strong focus on quality, detail, and alignment with the custom nature of each project.
- Adapt to the style, pace, and personality of the client, becoming a seamless extension of their team.
What you must have:
- Strong experience in interior design documentation and custom detailing.
- High proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling tools for interiors.
- A sharp design eye and aesthetic intuition to match the client’s unique style.
- Ability to create and revise construction drawings for bespoke furniture and interior elements.
- A flexible, adaptable personality with the ability to adjust to a highly customized, detail-oriented workflow.
- An advanced English level.
