Are you a seasoned architect with strong project management skills and experience across all phases of design and construction? One of our US-based clients is looking for a Senior PM Architect to support their team remotely. This Flex position requires availability during Pacific Standard Time (PST) hours. This role requires strong client-facing skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead pre-construction phases, including technical services, site visits, and coordination with architects and subconsultants. If you’re determined, organized, and eager to grow within the industry, we want to hear from you!
What you’ll do:
- Provide support across all project phases: from design development and visualization to producing construction documents.
- Assist in responding to comments from regulatory agencies and adapting documentation accordingly.
- Ensure deliverables align with the client’s standards, workflows, and expectations.
- Collaborate closely with the client’s team while managing timelines and deliverables independently.
What you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience managing commercial architecture projects end to end.
- Strong technical knowledge of architectural documentation and construction processes.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with remote teams.
- Advanced level of English.
