Are you a skilled Project Architect with solid experience in US commercial projects? Have you collaborated with US-based architects and engineers to coordinate detailed drawing sets across multiple disciplines? We are looking for a Project Architect to join one of our clients based in the United States. This is a full-time remote opportunity, and you must be available to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST). What you’ll do:
- Coordinate architectural drawing sets with Structural, MEP, and Civil teams.
- Ensure alignment with US building codes and commercial project standards.
- Develop and detail construction documents (CDs) with precision.
- Support quality control processes to maintain technical accuracy.
- Work in the US imperial system for a variety of commercial project types.
- Collaborate with teams to meet deadlines and design intent throughout all project phases.
What you must have:
- A degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Proven experience working on commercial projects in the US.
- Expertise in the US imperial system.
- Strong coordination skills across Architecture, Structure, MEP, and Civil.
- In-depth knowledge of US building codes and standards.
- Experience detailing construction document sets.
- Advanced English communication skills.
