Are you passionate about web development and curious about the world of industrial processes? We’re looking for a Semi Senior Web Developer to join a long-term project for one of our Vermont-based clients focused on sustainability, carbon footprint calculations, and 3D modeling tools for the manufacturing industry. This is a Part-time opportunity with flexibility, and you should be available to work in Pacific Time (PT).

What you’ll do:
- Build responsive web forms that allow manufacturers to input operational data and receive automated
- Environmental Product Declarations (EPDs).
- Convert existing Excel-based 3D industrial process models into accessible parametric web tools.
- Collaborate with a technical team to understand complex sawmill workflows, including log taper, slab waste, and sawdust generation.
- Continuously learn and apply industry-specific knowledge to ensure functional accuracy and usability.
- Work closely with clients and teammates to refine tools that will support feasibility studies and business planning for 12+ sawmill clients.
What you must have:
- 3+ years of experience in web development.
- Strong collaboration skills and a patient, growth-oriented mindset.
- Intermediate English and strong Spanish communication skills.
- Interest in industrial processes and/or experience working with manufacturing data.
- Experience with Grasshopper (preferred) or Dynamo for 3D parametric modeling and automation.
- Ability to think in 3D and learn industry-specific terminology (especially related to wood manufacturing).
