Are you a detail-oriented marketer with a creative eye and a knack for HubSpot? Do you enjoy setting up efficient systems, supporting strategic outreach? Are you familiar with account-based marketing and LinkedIn Sales Navigator? We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to collaborate remotely with our Texas-based client. What you’ll do:
- Customize and maintain marketing assets in HubSpot using best practices.
- Establish connectors and workflows inside HubSpot for seamless marketing operations.
- Support account-based marketing efforts within HubSpot.
- Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator to support lead generation and outreach.
- Design engaging marketing materials using Canva.
- Implement marketing best practices to support brand growth and visibility.
- Collaborate closely with the founder, offering input, ideas, and marketing support as the business evolves.
What you must have:
- A 2+ years of marketing experience, ideally with exposure to startups or small businesses.
- Experience using HubSpot (especially in setting up templates, connectors, and ABM campaigns).
- A good eye for design and experience with Canva.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Solid understanding of general marketing principles and best practices.
- Strong communication skills in English and a proactive attitude.
A great plus:
- Experience helping early-stage businesses establish their marketing foundations.
- Familiarity with CRM integrations or basic automation workflows.
- A collaborative spirit and interest in growing into a larger role as the business scales.
