Semi Senior Marketing Assistant (Part Time, Texas)

What you’ll do:
- Assist in creating and posting social media content to maintain brand consistency across all platforms.
- Help manage website content updates and ensure accuracy.
- Organize marketing materials such as brochures, case studies, and presentations.
- Coordinate and submit entries for industry awards.
- Collect and maintain updated Project Fact Sheets from Project Managers.
- Provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager as needed.
- Assist in developing and organizing proposals and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for services like photography, printing, or proposal support.
- Maintain marketing and proposal-related files and databases.
- Contribute to the success of the marketing team through various tasks and responsibilities.
What you must have:
- 3 + years of marketing experience (experience in the AEC industry is highly preferred).
- Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
- Strong writing and grammar skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, multitask, and meet tight deadlines.
- 2+ years of experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office 365, Google Suite & Social media platforms
- CRM experience
A great plus:
- Experience with Pipedrive, Deltek Vantagepoint, or PandaDocs.
- Familiarity with SEO tools and best practices.
- Experience with marketing platforms like Google Analytics or Google Ads.
