What you’ll do:
- Lead and manage a skilled team of professionals.
- Create timelines, oversee projects, and delegate tasks.
- Demonstrate autonomy in decision-making and problem-solving to drive projects forward.
- Ensure deadlines are met and follow up with consultants.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline project processes.
- Manage permissions for the rest of the team.
What you must have:
- A track record of successfully managing teams and delivering architectural projects on time and within budget.
- +10 years of experience as a project manager.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM 360, as well as hands-on experience in corporate environments with company standards.
- Experience in hospitality projects.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Previous experience working for the US.
- Strong attention to detail.
- An advanced English level.
