Description
We are currently searching for a Wind Engineer to work in our solar business segment, where we primarily examine wind loads on ground and roof-mounted solar arrays. This may include aeroelastic testing of instability on solar trackers. You should be available to work Mountain Standard Time (MST) for this part-time opportunity. Apply today!

What you’ll do:
- Interact with clients to gather project information and perform initial project planning.
- Coordinate with project management, model design, wind tunnel model shop, and technicians to ensure accuracy of project drawings, model construction, and data collection.
- Develop test plans, analyze data, and compile report deliverables.
- Present results and recommendations to clients and consult with them to determine suitable design solutions.
- Contribute to the ongoing development of systems and techniques.
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
- 1-3 years of engineering experience in Wind Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Good time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- An advanced English level.
A great plus:
- Previous experience working for the US
