Our Story
BetterPros began with a
personal challenge.
Our founder and CEO, Peter, was running a business in the Bahamas and struggling to find the right remote talent for his projects. He spent countless hours searching for skilled professionals who could work across borders, but the candidates he found often lacked the specific expertise, flexibility, or reliability his business needed.
Frustrated by the lack of qualified options and determined to solve the problem, Peter realized that he wasn’t alone—other businesses faced the same struggle. That’s when the idea for BetterPros was born.
