Are you proficient in Quickbooks? Do you have excellent time management skills? We are seeking a skilled bookkeeper to work remotely with our client, a leading construction company from San Francisco. This is a part-time opportunity, and candidates should be available to work with Pacific Standard Time (PST). Apply today!

What you’ll do:

  • Track incomes and expenses. 
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable. 
  • Prepare financial reports in Quickbooks. 
  • Manage expense reports. 
  • Submit different invoices and do follow-ups.

What you must have:

  • A degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • +3 of proven work experience in the field of accounting.
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures. 
  • Proficiency in Monograph. 
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and MS Excel.
  • An advanced English level.

A great plus:

  • Previous experience working for the US.
