What you’ll do:
- Conduct thorough research on surrounding services and constructions of design projects.
- Analyze the status, region, neighborhood, local services, regulations, and laws related to the project’s feasibility.
- Present research findings through reports and presentations, using formats such as .doc or similar.
What you must have:
- Strong research skills, especially in analyzing urban environments and local conditions.
- Excellent writing and communication skills for creating clear and informative reports and presentations.
- Familiarity with urban planning or geography would be a plus but is not required.
- Ability to conduct detailed analysis of regions, neighborhoods, services, and legal frameworks related to project feasibility.
- Proficiency in using tools like Microsoft Word or similar for report generation.
- An Advanced English level.
