What will I do in a remote Accounting role?
You’ll work with U.S.-based clients by managing their financial records, ensuring compliance, and delivering accurate reports.
You might assist with bookkeeping, data analysis, reconciliations, general ledger entries, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly or quarterly closings.
We’ll match you with a client whose work style aligns with yours. Some professionals prefer fixed hours, like 8 to 5, while others value more flexibility. Either way, the client sets the expectations, and we make sure to connect you with a company that fits your preferred way of working, all from the comfort of your own home.
What skills are important for remote accounting roles?
Accounting Software: Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite, or Zoho Books.
GAAP Understanding: Familiarity with U.S. accounting principles is a plus.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy in reconciliations, reports, and ledgers.
Spreadsheet Mastery: Proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and analysis.
Communication: Clear written and verbal English for client updates and coordination.
Do I need a degree or certification to apply?
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or business is a strong advantage, but practical experience and software proficiency can be just as valuable.
