Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Reservations Specialist who’s passionate about sales and hospitality. We are on the lookout for a passionate sales and hospitality expert to join one of our clients, a renowned vacation rental & real estate company based in the Bahamas. If you have a client-oriented mindset we want you! This role requires the ability to answer rental inquiries from potential guests, assist with pre-booking to help close sales and persuade leads to finalize bookings. You’ll be joining an exceptional team in a dynamic and evolving business environment. Ready to make your mark? This opportunity awaits! You should be available to work Eastern Daylight Time (EST) for this Flex remote opportunity

What you’ll do:

  • Be available during designated working hours to answer rental inquiries from potential guests interested in vacation rental. 
  • Provide immediate responses to inquiries before and after booking, via various communication channels.
  • Provide the best possible customer experience and guest satisfaction. 
  • Persuade leads to close the sale and provide valuable information for them to make the decision. 
  • Assist the guest in the form of advice, contacts, and guidance before and during the stay.
  • Be in touch with homeowners and manage calendars.

What you must have:

  • An above-advanced English level. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to be in direct contact with US and Canadian clients. 
  • Knowledge of sales techniques.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the business.
  • Ability to manage issues and conflicts to notify property managers. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset, committed to delivering exceptional service and exceeding guest expectations.
  • A kind, friendly, and persuasive personality that transmits immediate trust.
  • An English level that is above Advanced.

A great plus:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality-related roles preferred.
  • Knowledge of Lodgify.
