We are seeking an experienced architectural designer to collaborate with our client, based in California. You should be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) for this full-time opportunity. What you’ll do:
- Work in conceptual, design development and construction drawings using Revit.
- Develop projects end-to-end (SD, DD, CD).
- Craft integral work plans that help everyone communicate clearly.
- Consult California building codes and use them appropriately.
- Conduct research and create design concepts that contribute to developing innovative and functional buildings and spaces.
What you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Designer, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Revit required
- Experience working on multi-family residential and commercial projects.
- A deep understanding of architectural design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing structures.
- An advanced English level.
