What you’ll do:
- Draft precise site plans using AutoCAD, applying site planning standards (parking, access drives, building size).
- Develop presentation graphics and renderings for marketing using AutoCAD, Photoshop, and similar tools.
- Translate sketches and details into working drawings with minimal supervision, based on guidance from senior staff.
- Organize and verify project data (square footage, acreage, parking counts) for documentation accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with current codes and regulations for assigned project types.
What you must have:
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with Revit and Adobe Design Suite is a plus.
- Strong architectural skills with attention to detail in drafting and graphics.
- Experience in creating presentation graphics and site plan renderings.
- Knowledge of AIA documentation and relevant codes and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- An advanced English level.
