What you’ll do:
- Track and monitor the delivery of documentation, meetings, site visits, and other project milestones to guarantee timelines are met.
- Facilitate communication and schedule management between on-site team members and project leadership.
- Manage data entry and updates on our construction management support platform, ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide team support to improve efficiency, track project requirements, and ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate schedules and agendas to ensure smooth operations across construction and property management projects.
What you must have:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally in construction, property management, or a related field.
- Proficiency with project management or construction management software platforms, and willingness to learn new tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate smooth collaboration across teams.
- A keen eye for detail, especially in data entry and tracking project milestones and deliverables.
- An advanced English level.
