What you’ll do:
- Process and manage customer quotes, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up
- Communicate with customers regarding quotes, orders, and inquiries
- Take initial sales quotes and ensure they are properly recorded and processed
- Enter and track all data related to quotes and orders in NetSuite (CRM)
- Ensure all orders are accurately documented and processed in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve any issues related to quotes or orders
- Handle high volumes of data entry efficiently and with attention to detail
What you must have:
- +2 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management, or marketing.
- A team player and tech-savvy personality with working knowledge of computer systems and databases, preferably NetSuite.Â
- An Advanced English level (written and spoken).Â
- A fast-learner approach and passion for customer service.
- Amazing communication skills.
- A self-motivated and results-driven approach.
