As part of our remote engineering team, you’ll work closely with U.S.-based clients, helping bring their projects to life through technical documentation, detailed MEP layouts, 3D models, and project coordination. You’ll focus on supporting client teams with detailed deliverables that move projects forward efficiently and accurately. Depending on the client, your work could involve drafting construction documents, creating Revit MEP models, HVAC plans, plumbing layouts, or electrical schematics.
We’ll match you with a client whose work style aligns with yours. Some professionals prefer fixed hours, like 8 to 5, while others value more flexibility. Either way, the client sets the expectations, and we make sure to connect you with a company that fits your preferred way of working, all from the comfort of your own home.
To succeed in remote engineering roles, you’ll want to be strong in areas like:
Technical Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit (especially MEP), ArcGIS Pro, InfraWorks, Bluebeam, SAP2000, and ETABS.
Construction Documentation: Ability to produce precise, U.S.-standard MEP and civil construction documents, including plans, sections, and schedules.
3D Modeling and Visualization: Preparing detailed 3D models to support cross-disciplinary coordination and engineering planning.
GIS and Infrastructure Planning: Competence in using mapping and planning tools for civil, environmental, or infrastructure projects.
Problem Solving and Communication: Clear, professional communication in advanced English, along with the ability to independently resolve technical issues.
While having an engineering degree or certifications can definitely strengthen your profile, they are not required to succeed in our remote engineering positions. What matters most is your hands-on experience, technical skills, and your ability to deliver high-quality work using industry-standard tools.
