Note on SMS and phone communications: Your phone number will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent and text message origination data are never shared with any third party.
BetterPros does not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:
With client firms: As part of the matching process, we share relevant professional profile information (skills, experience, portfolio) with client firms for evaluation. We do not share sensitive personal data beyond what is necessary for this purpose.
With service providers: Third-party vendors who support our operations — such as cloud hosting, email delivery, and applicant tracking systems — may have access to your data. These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and are only permitted to use your data as instructed.
For legal compliance: If required by law, court order, or government authority, we will disclose information as legally required.
