You’ll assist U.S.-based civil engineering and construction teams with technical documentation related to grading, excavation, site layout, and land preparation. You’ll use platforms like Civil 3D and AutoCAD to create detailed site plans, earthwork sections, and grading documentation.
We’ll match you with a client whose work style aligns with yours. Some professionals prefer fixed hours, like 8 to 5, while others value more flexibility. Software Proficiency: Experience with Civil 3D, AutoCAD, InfraWorks, or GIS tools.
Topographic Interpretation: Ability to read and work from survey data and elevation plans.
Grading & Earthwork Plans: Knowledge of cut/fill calculations, slope definitions, and surface modeling.
Construction Documentation: Preparing site development sets, profiles, and section views.
Coordination & Communication: Collaborating with civil teams and integrating with structural and architectural inputs.
A degree in civil engineering, construction, or related fields is a plus, and certifications in Civil 3D, AutoCAD, or GIS platforms can add value, but they’re not required.
We’re looking for professionals who can work with accuracy, understand land development requirements, and support real U.S. projects through well-organized site documentation.
Creating grading and earthwork plans using Civil 3D or AutoCAD.
Preparing cut and fill diagrams, slope maps, and surface models.
Generating cross-sections, profiles, and site development plans.
Collaborating with engineers and surveyors to integrate site constraints.
Ensuring site plans align with project specs and local U.S. regulations.
