Communication: Clear, professional written and verbal English is essential.
Organization: Managing calendars, follow-ups, priorities, and documentation.
Tools: Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Notion, or Microsoft tools.

You don’t need a specific degree to be an outstanding executive assistant. What really matters is your organizational mindset, attention to detail, and ability to support busy executives remotely.
Courses in productivity, communication, or management tools can be a bonus, but experience, proactiveness, and professionalism are what really count.
