Your responsibilities will focus on supporting technical needs for U.S.-based clients across a variety of systems and tools, including:
Building and maintaining websites, apps, or backend services.
Automating workflows using scripts or platforms like Zapier or Make.
Configuring and maintaining CRMs, databases, and integrations.
Performing QA testing and reporting bugs or performance issues.
Supporting cloud infrastructure and deployments.
Collaborating remotely with developers, project managers, and client teams.
