You’ll support U.S.-based companies in developing and documenting mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for residential, commercial, or industrial projects.

Software Proficiency: Experience with Revit MEP, AutoCAD MEP, Navisworks, or similar platforms.
System Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC, lighting, power, fire protection, and plumbing layouts.
Drawing & Documentation: Ability to develop plans, diagrams, schedules, and technical details.
Coordination: Comfortable working in multidisciplinary teams and managing MEP clashes in models.
Attention to Standards: Familiarity with U.S. codes and documentation practices.
A degree in mechanical, electrical, or related engineering fields is helpful, and certifications in MEP platforms or BIM coordination tools can boost your profile, but they’re not required.
What matters most is your ability to contribute to well-organized, technically accurate MEP documentation that meets client expectations and U.S. standards.
Creating and updating MEP models using Revit or AutoCAD MEP.
Preparing construction documents for HVAC, lighting, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Coordinating MEP models with architectural and structural teams.
Assisting in clash detection and model cleanup using Navisworks or similar tools.
Ensuring documentation follows project requirements and local codes.
