This role requires strong client-facing skills, autonomy, and the ability to lead pre-construction phases, including technical services, site visits, and coordination with architects and subconsultants. What you’ll do:
- Manage and organize project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Process and track submittals, RFIs, and change orders to ensure timely responses.
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Maintain up-to-date records of project progress and decisions.
- Assist in preparing reports, meeting minutes, and project correspondence.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements and industry regulations.
- Support project closeout by compiling necessary documentation.
What you must have:
- Experience in construction administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to track multiple deadlines and ensure timely submissions.
- Proficiency in Revit.Â
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate with project teams.
- Understanding of construction documentation and terminology.
- Problem-solving skills to address project challenges proactively.
