We are seeking an experienced architectural designer to collaborate with our client, based in Massachusetts. You should be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) for this full-time opportunity. Get ready—this opportunity is waiting for you!

What you’ll do:
- Work with the Project Architect in conceptual, design development, schematic, and construction drawings using Revit.Â
- Perform architectural drawings and generate drawing revisions and corrections from redlined drawings.Â
- Review design documents and construction estimates.Â
- Work closely with the Principal and other team members to ensure all designs are feasible and within budget.Â
- Review and amend designs based on feedback, ensuring all revisions are accurately incorporated.Â
- Collaborate with the project management team to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Conduct research and create design concepts that contribute to developing innovative, functional, and environmentally sustainable buildings and spaces.
What you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.Â
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Designer, or a similar role.Â
- Proficiency in Revit required, familiarity with architectural rendering software such as Lumion and Enscape a plus.Â
- Experience working on and passion for residential projects.Â
- A deep understanding of architectural design, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing structures.
- An advanced English level.
