Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide exceptional support to one of our clients’ CEOs. This pivotal role requires a proactive and discreet individual capable of managing a fast-paced environment while ensuring the seamless operation of the CEO’s day-to-day activities. You should be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours for this full-time opportunity. Apply today!

What you’ll do:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s complex schedule, prioritizing appointments and meetings.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing timely responses and filtering information as needed.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain detailed records, prepare expense reports, and create presentations and reports as required.
  • Project Coordination: Assist with special projects as assigned, providing administrative and organizational support.

What you must have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant supporting a C-level executive.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities.
  • A fully committed, proactive, and self-driven personality.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
  • Valid Visa to travel to US or Bahamas if required.

A great plus:

  • Proficiency in Quickbooks 
  • Previous experience working for the US.
