This pivotal role requires a proactive and discreet individual capable of managing a fast-paced environment while ensuring the seamless operation of the CEO’s day-to-day activities. What you’ll do:
- Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO’s complex schedule, prioritizing appointments and meetings.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, providing timely responses and filtering information as needed.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate domestic and international travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Administrative Support: Maintain detailed records, prepare expense reports, and create presentations and reports as required.
- Project Coordination: Assist with special projects as assigned, providing administrative and organizational support.
What you must have:
- Proven experience as an Executive Personal Assistant supporting a C-level executive.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities.
- A fully committed, proactive, and self-driven personality.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Valid Visa to travel to US or Bahamas if required.
A great plus:
- Proficiency in QuickbooksÂ
- Previous experience working for the US.
