Are you skilled in AutoCAD? Do you enjoy working independently? Can you deliver high-quality construction documents? We are looking for a talented drafter to collaborate with our client, an architecture firm based in Canada. You should be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) for this Part Time opportunity. What you’ll do:
- Provide CAD drafting and design support.
- Draw detailed architectural and MEP plans and sections based on design intent.
- Review all work for completeness and accuracy.
- Complete printing and plotting requests.
- Maintain a healthy model and paper space layout.
- Develop contract document packages, drawing standards, and organization for drawing sets for medium to large-size projects.
What you must have:
- 5+ years of experience in CAD drafting, with at least 3 years in drawing production.
- Ability to understand Mechanical and Electrical Process Flow Diagrams.
- Previous experience in Water Feature (swimming pools, artificial waterfalls, fountains.)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD with a valid license.
- An advanced English level.
