What you’ll do:
- Manage the execution of commercial architecture projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to client expectations.
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and deliverables, maintaining alignment with client goals and timelines.
- Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring seamless communication between designers, consultants, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and oversee the creation of detailed construction documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining clear and proactive communication to address project needs and updates.
- Conduct site visits and oversee construction administration to ensure projects are executed in accordance with plans and specifications.
- Identify and resolve technical or design challenges, ensuring innovative and practical solutions.
What you must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in commercial architecture, with a focus on project coordination and team leadership.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and commercial design standards.
- Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with experience managing client relationships.
