We are seeking an experienced Proposal Architect to collaborate with our client, based in Illinois. For this Part-Time opportunity, you should be available to work Central Standard Time (CST). What you’ll do:
- Collaborate with technical team members to prepare detailed and visually compelling proposals based on field-collected data, including photos, measurements, and site conditions.
- Use InDesign to format and present proposals in a professional and organized manner.
- Design parking lots and other layouts as required, incorporating technical specifications and client needs.
- Ensure proposals are accurate, visually appealing, and completed within project timelines.
- Support production tasks when time allows, assisting in drafting or other design-related duties.
What you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- +3 years of experience as an Architect.Â
- Proven experience in preparing architectural proposals or similar documentation.
- Proficiency in InDesign.Â
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to translate technical data into clear and concise presentations.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both field and office teams.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- An advanced English level.
