We are seeking an experienced Revit Architect to collaborate with our client, based in Washington. You should be available to work Pacific Standard Time (PST) for this full-time opportunity. What you’ll do:
- Collaborate on construction document (CD) sets, ensuring precision and clarity in Revit workflows.
- Focus on production tasks to support design teams, streamlining the execution of detailed drawings.
- Develop and refine visualizations using tools like Enscape to effectively communicate design intent.
- Prepare compelling graphic content to showcase project concepts and presentations.
- Work primarily on residential and commercial projects, with an emphasis on hospitality spaces such as restaurants, wine cellars, and wineries.
What you must have:
- A bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in architectural production, with a focus on construction document (CD) sets.
- Proficiency in Revit and Enscape, with strong skills in graphic visualization.
- Experience in residential and commercial projects, especially in hospitality design (mostly restaurants, wine cellars and wineries).Â
- Advanced English proficiency for seamless communication.
