We are looking for a talented CD Drafter to collaborate with our client, a Florida-based architectural firm. You should be available to work Pacific Standard Time for this project-based opportunity. What you’ll do:
- Develop projects end-to-end (SD, DD, CD).Â
- Craft integral documents for permit submission, ensuring all drawings meet regulatory requirements.
- Consult building codes and use them appropriately.
- Collaborate with the structural engineering team to ensure accuracy and alignment with design goals.
- Revise and update drawings as needed based on feedback from the design team or permitting authorities.
What you must have:
- A degree in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino.
- An advanced English level.Â
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in drafting structural details like wood floor slabs, columns, beams, and waterproofing systems.
