We are in search of an experienced Architect Designer to collaborate with our client, a Mississippi-based architectural studio. What you’ll do:
- Prepare architectural construction drawings and detailed designs for commercial and educational ground-up facilities.
- Collaborate closely with senior-level architects to address design challenges and meet project parameters.
- Use Revit extensively for preparing construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Utilize CAD when required for miscellaneous architectural items related to the project.
- Contribute to the design process with innovative ideas, ensuring compliance with building codes and project requirements.
- Participate in project coordination and documentation to support seamless construction execution.
What you must have:
- A degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 5 + years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial and educational facilities.
- Proficiency in Revit.Â
- Strong understanding of architectural principles, building systems, and construction processes.
- Knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations applicable to commercial and educational projects.
- An advanced English level.
