Are you skilled in Revit? Do you enjoy working independently? We are looking for a talented Senior Designer to collaborate with our client, a Georgia-based architectural firm. You should be available to work Eastern Standard Time (EST) for this Full Time remote opportunity. Get ready—this opportunity is waiting for you!

What you’ll do:
- Lead the design and development of guest-centric hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, and leisure-focused properties.
- Create and optimize space planning layouts tailored for interior design projects with a focus on hospitality.
- Develop high-quality renderings and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and project visions.
- Use Revit as your primary tool for design and documentation, ensuring precision and consistency across all deliverables.
- Produce detailed design documents and plans, ensuring compliance with project requirements.
- Communicate effectively in Spanish with clients, vendors, and contractors when needed for international or bilingual projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, sustainability practices, and emerging design technologies.
What you must have:
- 10+ years of proven experience as a designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing interior design projects in hospitality, particularly hotels.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Revit with demonstrated expertise in both technical and creative aspects.
- Knowledge of sustainable design practices and LEED certification processes.
- An advanced level of Spanish & English (written and verbal).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy to minimize errors and revisions.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver high-quality work independently.
