What you’ll do:
- Help with the general core team accountantÂ
- Financial schedules & Payroll.
- Monthly financial reporting using Spectrum software and prepare / overview statementsÂ
- Conduct periodic balance sheet and P&L reconciliations
- Accounts receivable and accounts payable updates.
- Invoicing using AIE billing process
- Ensure compliance with Formcraft standards and internal controls
- Assist in internal and external audits
- Provide aid in internal and external audits
What you must have:
- 10+ years of proven work experience as an accountant.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping procedures.
- Proficiency in Quickbooks.Â
- Hands-on experience with MS Excel and Microsoft 360.
- Knowledge of the SAIE billing process.
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
A great plus:
- Previous experience working with Spectrum software.
